Irick Real Estate was established in 1952 by Clifton and Nadene Irick. Clifton's grandson Chance Kirby now owns and operates Irick Real Estate. Along with the rest of the Realtor Team, he continues to run the business with the same values and beliefs that Clifton started long ago. We are here to take care of our community and its real estate needs.
Irick Real Estate has been involved in many changes in the Real Estate industry of Pilot Point and North Texas. We are a part of our community. This is where we live, work, shop, and play.

Chance has been in the Real Estate business since 1992. He took over the Real Estate from his grand-father Clifton Irick. Chance grew up in Pilot Point and still resides here.

Linda Kirby- Realtor
Linda has had a long and successful career with the Pilot Point ISD. She grew up in Pilot Point and still resides here. She joined her son Chance in the Real Estate business shortly after retirement and has been apart of the team for several years.
